Exchange & Refunds

In the situation that you received a defective item, please drop us an email at or contact us at +65 8887-5679 within 5 days from delivery.

Please include the following information while contacting us: 

  • Order number
  • Photo/Video of the defective product 

We will get back to you as soon as possible and assist with an exchange. Please note that all purchases are strictly non-refundable. Only in the event that the product is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund which may take up to 14 working days to be processed. 

All exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. Only Paw You reserves the right to make the final decision


What are considered not defective?

  1. Slight difference in measurement: Kindly note that there may be a slight difference of 0.5cm to 1cm in measurement as the products are mass produced. 
  2. Slight variance in colour/pattern: Due to monitor settings/photography lighting, actual product colours may vary. For wood/marble products, the pattern for each product will not be identical as it is a natural product. 
  3. Deliberate Damage: Refers to the act of altering the current state of an item. Examples include: pen/pencil markings, food/drink stains, creating a hole. 
  4. Acrylic Products: Product will be protected securely, however there may still be some scratches on the product and it will not be considered as defective - no exchanges/refunds will be given.
